The Company develops products by designing emission vehicles (LEVs) and partnering with 30+ global fabricators to manufacture its individual components. Its product line consists of e-bikes, three-wheel and e-delivery products. In addition, the Company offers manufacturing for private labels and the distribution of individual components, including batteries, BMS systems, motors and controllers for all forms of battery powered electric vehicles. It provides a range of electric bikes, which includes Islander 400, Genesis R 400, Outlaw 400, Phantom XR, Private Label, Custom Color Cruiser Step-Thru and Custom Color Cruiser. The Company’s subsidiaries include Sierra eLife, Inc., Life EV Properties LLC, E-Life Distributors LLC and LEV Manufacturing, Inc.
