The Company conducts real estate renovation and resale, real estate development, hotel management and restaurant management businesses primarily through its subsidiaries. The real estate renovation and resale business is engaged in acquiring condominium units from their owners and dismantling them, leaving only the frames, and then rebuilding the interiors and installing plumbing and other elements. The real estate development business is engaged in the development of residential condominiums and Machinaka hotels with traditional Japanese elements. The hotel management business is engaged in the management of ryokan hotels in Tokyo, Yokohama and Okinawa.
