Profile Summary
Lords Chemicals Limited is an India-based company that manufactures industrial chemicals. The Company is engaged in the production of chrome-based industrial chemicals, such as sodium dichromate, chromic acid, sodium sulfate, chrome oxide green and chrome concentrate. It is also engaged in the low ash metallurgical (LAM) coke business. Its LAM coke is mainly used in blast furnaces for the production of pig iron and in cupola furnaces for the production of cast iron. It also engages in the trading of Kyanite ore and civil works contacts. Its segments include Chemicals and LAM Coke. Its products and services include trading in plastic granules and chemical products. Its products are used in the iron and steel industry, the paints and pigment industry, the chromic acid plant, the coke oven gas (COG) plant, the paper industry, acid extraction, and electroplating. It has a production capacity of approximately 3600 million tons per annum of sodium dichromate.
