Profile Summary
Mak AD is a Bulgaria-based company, which is principally engaged in the textile industry. The Company specializes in the production of battle-tested and hazard-environment protection products, used by the military, healthcare sector, police, fire-fighters and security services. The product range of Mak AD includes cotton and cotton type fabrics in different blends with polyester, polyamide in different weavings, twill, satin and rib-stop. The main markets of the Company are located in Bulgaria, Germany, the Czech Republic and Serbia. The Company operates through one wholly owned subsidiary, Mak-V EOOD and one affiliated company, Mak Solar OOD. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Vyor Bizhev EOOD with a stake of 79.66%.
