Profile Summary
MARG Limited is an India-based company engaged in the business of construction and real estate. The Company operates in ports and residential projects and has a presence in other businesses, such as resources, urban infrastructure and others. Its development business is focused primarily on the development of affordable residential projects and certain strategically located commercial projects. It also offers commercial spaces. It is developing two special economic zones (SEZ) in the field of engineering services and multi-services spread over 612 acres as part of MARG Swarnabhoomi-The Land of New Thinking project. This Project is developed by New Chennai Township Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. It owns Karaikal port, which is a multi-cargo port and handles all types of dry cargo, in bulk and break-bulk form, as well as containers and liquid cargo. The Company's residential spaces range from affordable homes to luxury homes.
