Michigan Brewery, Inc., formerly Big Buck Brewery & Steakhouse, Inc., is a brewery and distillery company. The Company offers a range of culinary, brewery, distillery and winery products. It offers its products under the Big Buck brand. The Company offers appetizers, such as Beer Wings, Scottish Eggs or the Hungarian Calamari. Along with its line of proteins, its chefs also offer vegetarian, seafood and pasta dishes. Its brewery offers beers, such as Buck Naked Light, Big Buck, Raspberry Wheat, Antler Ale, India Pale Ale, Redbird Ale, Doc's Extra Special Bitter and Black River Stout. Its distillery offers spirits, such as Artisan Vodka, Vanilla Vodka, Orangetta Vodka, Limonetta Vodka, Sizzle Vodka, Bleu Vodka and Basilico Vodka. The Company produces its own line of gourmet juices, sodas, bitters and cocktail mixers, such as Bloody Mary Mix, Sweet and Sour Mix, and Simple Sugar Syrup. The Company also offers wine, still and sparking water, and bath and body products, among others.
