Nam Tai Property Inc. is a British Virgin Islands-based real estate developer and operator. The Company holds two industrial complex projects in China, Nam Tai Inno Park in Guangming, Shenzhen and Nam Tai Technology Center in Bao'an, Shenzhen. Its other projects include Nam Tai Inno Valley and Nam Tai Longxi. The Company provides industrial offices, industrial service spaces and supporting dormitories to park tenants and provides comprehensive industrial services to corporate tenants through a full-chain industrial model. The Company's footprint spans across China, including the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, with its focus on the development of two projects in Shenzhen.
