Nanofocus AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the nano- and microtechnology sector. The Company specializes in the development, manufacture and distribution measurement technology and software packages for the characterization of technical surfaces. The Company's product portfolio contains usurf 3D metrology systems, which enables automated 3D surface measurements of roughness, topography, layer thickness and volume, uscan 2D/3D profilometry and ultra-fast usprint 3D in-line sensors. Nanofocus systems are used by technology and market leaders in many high-tech industries, such as the automotive, electronics and medical technology industries, as well as renowned research institutes trust NanoFocus solutions. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Breitmeier Messtechnik GmbH.
