Profile Summary
Nevo Energy, Inc. develops and plans to own and operate renewable energy projects to deliver clean electricity to utilities and industrial customers. The Company partners with technologies providers, engineering firms, construction companies and developers to offer solar solutions. The Company owns a residual interest in the Panoche Valley project. The project is located in the Central Valley near Highway 5 and in Panoche Valley near a major transmission line. The Panoche Valley Solar Farm produces an estimated 135 MW of power per year. It focuses on development opportunities in California and New Jersey.
