New Century AIM VCT PLC is a venture capital trust (VCT). The Company is engaged in making of long-term equity and loan investments in United Kingdom-Listed, alternative investment market (AIM) traded, and unquoted companies in the United Kingdom. The Company's principal objective is to achieve long-term capital growth through investment in a diversified portfolio of qualifying companies primarily quoted on AIM. The Company invests its funds primarily in qualifying holdings in unlisted companies and companies traded on AIM which by their nature may entail a higher degree of risk than investments in large listed companies. Oberon Investments Limited is the investment manager of the Company.
