New Oriental Energy & Chemical Corp is a company principally engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of fertilizer and chemical products through its wholly owned subsidiary, Henan Jinding Chemical Co., Ltd. The Company’s main products include urea, which is used as fertilizer for crops and in manufacturing processes such as resin, plastic, and medicine production. The Company also produces and sells methanol. Other products include Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate, used as fertilizer and in pharmaceutical and food industries, and Dimethyl Ether (DME), which has applications in pesticides, cosmetics, and as a refrigerant. The Company’s products and solutions are widely applied in agriculture, chemical processing, and industrial manufacturing. The Company mainly operates in the domestic Chinese market.
