Profile Summary
New York Health Care, Inc. is engaged in delivering home-care services. The Company provides a full range of home health care services to senior, disabled and rehabilitative patients in the greater New York Metropolitan area including Long Island and Hudson Valley. In addition to traditional services, the Company provides skilled nursing and CDPAP, the Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program. The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is a Medicaid-funded home care program available in New York State. CDPAP enables self-directed consumers to have control over their own care by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and supervising the personal assistant’s of their choice. Its home care services include home health aides, private duty nursing, private pay and senior home care.
