Nordic Shipholding A/S, formerly Nordic Tankers A/S, is a Denmark-based ship owning company engaged in the management and operation of tankers. The Company’s fleet comprises two types of vessels: handy tankers, including Nordic Hanne, Nordic Pia, Nordic Agnetha, Nordic Amy and Nordic Ruth, which are commercially operated by Handytankers K/S, as well as managed by Maersk Tankers A/S; and Long Range 1 (LR1), named Nordic Anne, which is a unit included in the Straits Tankers Pool and managed by Hafnia Management and Mitsui OSK. The Company operates through a number of subsidiaries, such as Nordic Shipholding BV and Nordic Shipholding Singapore Pte Ltd. Furthermore, It collaborates with Delfman Shipping BV.
