NWS Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the construction business. The Company operates through five segments. The Roads segment is engaged in the operation of roads for toll income. The Construction segment provides design, procurement, engineering and construction services to public, commercial and private projects. It is principally engaged in the design and construction of foundations and civil engineering works, as well as site investigation in the public and private sectors. The Insurance segment offers life insurance products, accidents and health products to customers. The Facilities Management segment is engaged in the management of convention and exhibition centers and the provision of leasing services. The Transport segment is engaged in the operation of bus routes and the provision of passenger services, and the operation of routes between inner harbour and the outlying islands.
