The target of the Fund is to create stable and distributable income by investing in commercial real estate or real estate related rights with stable income. The types of real estate and immovable property rights that the Fund intends to invest in include: office buildings, factory buildings, shopping malls, department stores, rental housing, as well as other real estate or real estate-related rights assessed by trustees or real estate management agencies and are suitable for the investment of the Fund. The real estate management agency of the Fund is New Light International Co Ltd.
