Profile Summary
O.A.T., Inc. is a Canada-based company that is engaged in the refrigeration and air conditioning business. The Company builds heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system packages to control the usage time and temperature in each room using a computer utilizing the direct digital control program. The HVAC system consists of a chiller, cooling tower, chilled and hot water pump, hydronic piping system, custom air handler, VAV box, and others. Its projects include the primary Area Improvement Project, Encino Wastewater Authority and Well 201, 202, 203, & 205 Equipping. The Company's clientele is mainly government sectors, military units, air force base, and marine corps base, and others.
