As of February 29, 2008, the Company ceased actively seeking new investments in other companies. On February 3, 2006, the Company sold its majority-owned subsidiary, SurgX Corporation that licensed its SurgX surge protection technology to Littelfuse, Inc. S2 Technologies is a software developer that provides products and services to optimize integration of embedded software. This software enables development teams to integrate, test and continuously verify their software throughout the development process.
