Profile Summary
Partners Bancorp is a bank holding company. The Company's operations are conducted through its subsidiaries, the Bank of Delmarva (Delmarva) and Virginia Partners Bank (Partners). Each of the subsidiaries are engaged in commercial banking operations, with 19 branches throughout Wicomico, Charles, Anne Arundel, and Worcester Counties in Maryland, Sussex County in Delaware, Camden and Burlington Counties in New Jersey, the cities of Fredericksburg and Reston, Virginia, and Spotsylvania County, Virginia. It offers an array of deposit products, loan services, and other services to its customers, filling both retail and commercial needs. Its products and services include deposit services, loan services, and other services. The Company has segmented its loan portfolio into four classifications: real estate mortgage (which includes construction and land development, residential real estate, nonresidential real estate and home equity loans); commercial, and consumer and other loans.
