It has two market verticals, including Bio mass/waste to energy and the reprocessing, and distribution and sales of petroleum products. The Company, through its technology, collects to reprocess waste oils and glycols into valuable resalable products. It also has the ability to turn such feed stocks into energy, electricity, which is then sold back into the power grid. It also has the ability to access distribution chains covering the United States, South America and Asia for distribution of all production. The Company, through its subsidiaries, Atlantic-Pacific and Patten Energy Enterprises, Inc. (www.pattenenrgy.com), can access large quantities of feed stock materials from various sources such as, power companies, transportation companies (train and trucking), large manufacturing plants, and other industrial complexes.
