Profile Summary

Pillarstone Capital REIT is a real estate company. The Company is focused on acquiring, developing and redeveloping commercial real estate properties. Its value-add portfolio consists of high-density urban mid-rise office buildings and suburban office/flex properties located close to major highway arteries. The Company owns approximately eight properties in Houston and Dallas. Its properties include Corporate Park Northwest, Corporate Park Woodland II, Holly Hall, Holly Knight, Interstate 10 Business Park, Westgate Service Center, LBJ Interchange Building, and Uptown Tower. Corporate Park Woodland II is a five-building property, totaling 14,344 SF on 2.54 acres along I-45. Holly Hall is an office/flex/industrial property positioned on Knight Road immediately behind Holly Knight retail center. Holly Knight is a retail shopping center positioned at the hard corner of Holly Hall and Knight Road. 1-10 Business Park is an office/flex/industrial property.
