Poly Culture Group Corporation Limited is principally engaged in art business and auction, performance and theatre management and investment and management of cinemas. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Art Business and Auction segment is engaged in auction, buy and sale of Chinese antiques, Chinese modern and contemporary calligraphy and painting, Chinese ancient calligraphy and painting, Chinese oil painting and sculpture and other Chinese cultural relics and artwork. The Performance and Theater Management segment is engaged in daily management of theatre, arrangement of performances, leases of theatres and the provision of theatre design consultation services. The Cinema Investment and Management segment is engaged in cinema construction and cinema operation.
