Profile Summary
PreVu Incorporated, formerly Wilsons The Leather Experts Inc., is a specialty retailer of leather outerwear, accessories and apparel in the United States. In July 2008, the Company completed the sale of its outlet assets and e-commerce division to AM Retail Group Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of G-III Apparel Group Ltd. As a result the leases associated with the Company’s 116 outlet stores were assigned to AM Retail Group, Inc.
