The Company’s services include charter flights and aircraft management. Its aircraft fleet includes Challenger 601, Citation X, Cessna Citation CJ, and others. Its mid-large jets offer added space and luxury with the widest cabin cross-section of any business jet. The Challengers 601 is configured for 12 passengers. The Citation X jet can seat up to eight passengers. Its light jets are solution for destinations with short runways, where only small jets can land. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Premier Air Charter, Inc.
