Profile Summary
Priority Income Fund, Inc. is an externally managed, non-diversified, closed-end investment management company. The Company’s investment objective is to generate current income and, as a secondary objective, long-term capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its total assets in senior secured loans made to companies whose debt is rated below investment grade or, in limited circumstances, unrated (collectively Senior Secured Loans), with an emphasis on current income. Its investments may take the form of the purchase of Senior Secured Loans (either in the primary or secondary markets) or through investments in the equity and junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligation (CLO) vehicles that in turn own pools of Senior Secured Loans. The Company intends to invest in both the primary and secondary markets. The Company is managed by Priority Senior Secured Income Management, LLC.
