Profile Summary
Proliance International, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets heat exchange products (including radiators, heater cores and complete heaters) and temperature control parts (including condensers, compressors, accumulators/driers and evaporators) for the automotive and light truck aftermarket. In addition, the Company designs, manufactures and distributes heat exchange products (including radiators, radiator cores, condensers, charge air coolers, oil coolers, marine coolers and other specialty heat exchangers) primarily for the heavy duty aftermarket. Through its NRF subsidiary in Europe, the Company supplies specialty coolers for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) marine applications. In July 2009, the Company and its United States subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
