Profile Summary
Redivium Limited is an Australia-based company that offers sustainable resource solutions. The principal activity of the Company is implementation of the European battery recycling strategy. The Company is engaged in licensing recognized battery recycling technology (Technology) across the United Kingdom, the Nordics, and Central, South and East Europe. The Technology has been developed by Primobius, Neometals Ltd, and 50% owned by German engineering house SMS. Its recycling technology looks to eliminate lithium-ion battery (LiB) waste and closes the loop by returning high-value battery materials to LiB production, including lithium, nickel, copper, and anode materials.
