Resource Development Group Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in the provision of the contracting services to the mining sector within Australia, and the development of the Company’s Lucky Bay Garnet Project. The Company's segments include Construction, Mining and Other. It provides diversified mining services to the resources, infrastructure, and energy sectors within Australia, and owns two mining projects. It has manganese and garnet mining tenements in the Northwest of Western Australia. The Company, through its subsidiary, Central Systems Pty Ltd, provides multi-discipline construction and plant modification services to the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors in Australia. Its subsidiaries include Comcen Pty Ltd, Australian Garnet Pty Ltd (AGPL) and others. Comcen Pty Ltd is the holder of the Ant Hill and Sunday Hill manganese project. AGPL is the holder of the Lucky Bay Garnet project and associated power infrastructure, including wind turbines.
