Profile Summary
Romana Food Brands Corp, formerly Blackbird International Corporation, is engaged in manufacturing power stations, which generate electricity through the use of movements of the sea/ocean. The Company provides renewable energy solutions with its sea wave energy system. Its services include development of the hydro-pneumatic sea energy system, adapting it to suit any terrain, erection of sea wave power plants around the world and operation and/or training local staff to operate power plants. The Company also provides consultancy services, including feasibility studies. The Company is working on implementing a 100-megawatt wave energy project in Kenya. In addition, the Company plans to deploy its technology in other countries in Africa, such as Guinea and Gambia. The Company operates in over nine markets, including China and Sri Lanka. The Company, through Werpo Wave Electricity Renewable Power Ocean Ltd, develops and builds power plants that use the ocean waves to create electricity.
