Rt&L SpA is a Italy-based company engaged in the freight arrangement sector. The Company runs an asset-light business model, without direct ownership of the means of transport, which is divided into three business lines: General Cargo, Project Cargo, and Customs Assistance. The General Cargo business line focuses on the containerized transport of standard goods connecting the Far East to Europe, linking Asian production hubs to European consumer markets, as well as Europe to the Middle East and Africa. Such standard goods include clothing, technology, and food products. The Project Cargo business line is dedicated to the transport of components for industrial and infrastructure projects. This activity is divided into two areas: door-to-door transport and time-charter rental. The business line Customs Assistance provides assistance in managing documentation and tax compliance for all import/export operations and it is conducted through the subsidiary P & A Spedizioni Srl.
