Profile Summary
SES Solar Inc. (SES USA) is engaged in the business of designing, engineering, producing and installing solar panels or modules and solar tiles for generating electricity. It conducts the operations through two wholly owned subsidiaries, SES Prod. S.A. (SES Prod) and SES Societe d’Energie Solaire S.A. (SES Switzerland). It offers products and services focused on the design, development and commercialization of a portfolio of solar products and technologies capable of delivering alternative energy solutions. The Company produced and installed custom photovoltaic (PV) solar products for commercial, industrial and residential use. Based on the specific needs of the customers, it manufactures the solar modules and solar tiles using cells, components and other raw materials that are supplied from third-parties. The Company also offers engineering services for PV projects.
