Its segments include Indonesia Property, International Business and United Kingdom Property. Indonesia Property is engaged in investment and development of commercial, industrial and residential properties and ownership and management of hotels and resorts in Indonesia (excluding Batam). International Business is engaged in investment and development of commercial and residential properties and ownership and management of hotels and resorts in Malaysia, select mixed development in China, ownership and leasing of investment property in Singapore, and investments in various private funds (both property and non-property related) and quoted securities internationally. United Kingdom Property is engaged in the leasing of investment property. Its subsidiaries include PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk, and PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk.
