Its segments include Indonesia Property, International Business and United Kingdom Property. The International Business Segment is engaged in the investment and development of commercial and residential properties in the United Kingdom, China, and Singapore, as well as owning and managing hotels and resorts in Johor, Malaysia, and Batam, Indonesia. United Kingdom Property segment is engaged in the leasing of investment property. Its subsidiaries include PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk, and PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk is engaged in investment holding, and development of houses and buildings.
