Profile Summary
Sino Bioenergy Corp. is a development stage company. The Company is engaged in the conversion of solid waste into green electricity and other valuable products. The Company develops patented technology for refuse derived fuel (RDF) from feedstocks of garbage or agricultural by-product waste. The Company’s Huizhou subsidiary develops and sells specially produced Super Rice seeds. The Company’s super rice seeds are disease resistant, high yielding genetically improved rice with the transgenic rice grain length increased by over 25% over normal rice. It produces lower chalky rice with approximately 23% weigh gain and over 10% grain number increase. The super seeds are produced in the Company’s laboratories at Huizhou Shi Ji Wu Feng Agricultural Biotechnology Co. Ltd., (HB).
