Profile Summary
Strata Investment Holdings plc is focused on equity investments in companies involved in the mining sector. Its segments include Equity Investments and Royalty Investments. The Royalty investments segment includes investments into royalty. The Equity Investments segment includes both strategic investments and investments which are part of the on-market portfolio. The Company, through its, legacy investment model maintains active investments in three companies: Cobre Ltd, Southern Gold Ltd, and Armada Metals Ltd. It holds 2% net smelter royalty over Sandfire Resources Motheo T3 project in the Kalahari Copperbelt (PL190/2008). It holds 2% net smelter royalty over any future production over Sandfire Resources 100%-held subsidiary, Tshukudu Exploration Limited’s, circa 8,000 square kilometers license holding in the Kalahari Copperbelt. It holds 2% net smelter royalty over Cobre Limited’s Kitlanya West, East Projects and the southern half of the Okavango Copper Project.
