Thakral Corporation Ltd is a Singapore-based investment holding company. It has three segments, namely Investments (INV), Lifestyle (LIFE), and Others (OTH). The INV segment includes real estate, over-50s living and other strategic investments in Australia, People’s Republic of China, Japan and Singapore. The LIFE segment comprises management and marketing of beauty, fragrance and lifestyle brands and products, serving customers through retail flagship stores, multi-brand specialty retailers and e-commerce platforms.; and related investments. Its Australian investment portfolio includes the development and management of lifestyle resorts under the GemLife brand. Its Japanese investment portfolio consists of commercial buildings in Osaka. Its subsidiaries include Thakral Corporation (HK) Limited, Thakral Brothers Ltd, TJP Pte Ltd, TCAP Pte Ltd, Thakral China Ltd, Thakral Lifestyle Pte Ltd, among others.
