Profile Summary
Tix Corporation is an entertainment company. The Company is engaged providing discount ticketing and discount dinner reservations through its wholly owned subsidiary Tix4Tonight, LLC (Tix4Tonight). The Tix4Tonight, offers for sale discount tickets for shows, attractions and tours, and dining and shopping. Customers can either purchase tickets online or at the Company’s multiple retail locations while in Las Vegas. Tix4Tonight sells discounted tickets under Tix4Tonight to sell out its supply of tickets for individual shows. The shows are paid on a weekly basis only for the tickets that Tix4Tonight sells to customers.
