Triple Point Income VCT plc is a venture capital trust (VCT). The principal activity of the Company is investment. The Company’s investment strategy is to offer combined exposure to cash, or cash-based funds, and venture capital investments focused on companies with contractual revenues from financially secure counterparties. The Company has been established to fund small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Company has three share classes. The Company’s portfolio comprises investments in small, unquoted companies spanning sectors including hydroelectric power, solar, gas-fired energy, SME funding, and controlled environment agriculture. The Company holds an investment in approximately four portfolios of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems through Green Energy for Education Limited, Campus Link Limited, Digima Limited, and Digital Screen Solutions Limited. The Company's investment manager is Triple Point Investment Management LLP.
