Profile Summary
UDS Group Inc., formerly Blini Hut, Inc., engages in the marketing and distribution of various specialty Eastern/European fast food restaurants. The Blini Hut concept is designed to appeal to a spectrum of fast food customers. The Company focuses to provide the experience by serving a limited selection of dishes that are prepared largely on site and through the use of the Company's commissary kitchen, from fresh ingredients. In July 2009, the Company announced the expansion of its commercial services operations, creating the UDS Catering Division to serve businesses worldwide, including theme and amusement parks, theatre venues, sporting and live music events, and corporate and private functions. In February 2010, iTrackr Technologies acquired the Company.
