Profile Summary
Ultimate Lifestyle Corporation, formerly Aztec Technology Partners Inc., principally provides e-Solutions and e-Integration services and equipment for businesses through its subsidiaries Blueflame, Inc. and Aztec Technology Partners of New England, respectively. These services allow the Company's clients to obtain a competitive advantage through the use of Internet, intranet and extranet technologies. The Company provides these services principally in the Northeast United States. The Company also provides telephone system refurbishing services through its subsidiary, Aztec International, in the Northeast and Southwest, and temporary computer staffing services through its subsidiary, McDowell Tucker & Co., also in the Southwest. In October 2001, the Company and its operating subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
