The Company operates through five divisions: Recorded Music, Talent Management, Publishing, Digital Solutions and Film and Television. Music Publishing division is tasked with creating a catalogue of assets in the form of copyrights and its services include fund advances, administration, creative and licensing. Recorded Music division is focused on catalogue acquisition, talent acquisition for/and production activities, and distribution arrangements for projects. Digital Distribution division is engaged in developing digital music and video Web 2.0 software. Talent Management is focused on all projects. The Marketing division is tasked with finding opportunities for product placements and celebrity endorsement within entertainment properties. The Company is in the business of producing, managing and monetizing music-based intellectual property.
