US Global Nanospace, Inc. (USGN) is a research and development company. The Company specializes in identifying, developing, and commercializing new and emerging technologies and products for integration into the security, defense and health and safety markets. USGN uses cross-discipline information in the areas of science, engineering, nanotechnology and nanomaterials to evolve products. The Company's products include MAPSANDS, All-Clear Chem/Bio Decontamination Foam, the G-Lam line of variable threat armor solutions, NanoFilters for Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HAVC), NanoFilterCX, BlastX and Radomes. MAPSANDS product is an autonomous, intelligent, fully integrated wide-area perimeter security and denial system. ALL-CLEAR product is a non-toxic decontaminant foam designed for the neutralization of chemical and biological weapons and contaminants. Blast-X is a lightweight blast mitigation material, including flat panels, conformable panels, and cast shapes.
