Uztel SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of oilfield equipment. The Company’s product portfolio includes wellhead equipment; valves; blowout preventer (BOP) hydraulic control systems and manifolds; high pressure and mechanical cementing products; production travelling blocks, crow blocks and hooks; flotation plants; iron and steel castings, and spare parts, among others. Additionally, the Company provides oilfield equipment aftermarket services, such as repairs, periodic maintenance, refurbishment, commissioning and technical support. The Company distributes its products nationally and internationally, including France, the United States, the Republic of Moldova, Turkmenistan, Indonesia and the Netherlands.
