Valmie Resources, Inc. is engaged in the commercialization of products and services in the technology industry. The Company, through its subsidiary, Vertitek Inc. (Vertitek), provides unmanned vehicle software, hardware and cloud services for a range of commercial applications around the globe. Vertitek is in the process of developing the V-1 Drone, a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) designed specifically to meet the requirements of a commercial user base. Its UAV solutions seeks to consist aerial data collection hardware, software and data storage solutions for commercial applications. Its solutions include Autonomous Intelligence for Mobilized Devices (AIMD) Platform and AIMDx - Learning Service Module. The AIMDx is designed as an external learning application. The V-1 Drone includes autonomous 32 bit Pixhawk flight controller, lithium polymer batteries and customized sensor packages.
