Varca Ventures, Inc. (Varca) is a mining exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company has staked a claim on certain property covering 357 hectares (882.6 acres) called Sewell 1 Property located in the Similkameen Mining Division of British Columbia, Canada. As of November 30, 2011, the Company had not generated any revenues. The Company has acquired mineral properties located in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Wildcat, owns and leases a range of lode mining claims located in La Plata County, Colorado, which are known as the Idaho Property and the Mayday Property. During the fiscal year ended November 30, 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company acquired Wildcat Mining Corporation (Wildcat).
