Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. is a Bermuda-based deepwater drilling contractor providing offshore drilling services to the oil and gas industry. The Company's core activities are focused on the Brazilian offshore oil and gas market, but it has also demonstrated its capability to operate in other key benign environment basins for deepwater drilling rigs, including regions like West Africa and Southeast Asia. Its areas of operation include offshore services, drilling, third-party asset management and offshore project management. The Company's assets, with experience in international operations and expertise in rig mobilization and logistics, meet both Brazilian and international operators’ requirements. Its segments include Operations of owned vessels and Operations of managed vessels. The Company has a fleet of approximately three owned vessels and one vessel under management. Its rigs include NS Carolina, SSV Victoria and SSV Catarina. The Company's managed rigs include NS Zonda.
