Profile Summary
Verbicom SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the voice and data transmission and integrated teleinformation systems sector. The Company creates telecommunication networks on the basis of Siemens, Sun Microsystems, IBM and Fujitsu Siemens brands products, among others. It offers solutions for intelligent buildings, such as monitoring systems, intrusion detection systems, extinguishing systems, access control systems and building management systems (BMS). As a distributor, Verbicom SA creates and develops a network of companies, which offer and repair Siemens products. It is one of two Siemens distributors in Poland. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated two subsidiaries, 99.99%-owned SimTel Sp. z o.o. and wholly owned Versim SA, as well as one affiliated company, Verbitech Sp. z o.o.
