VES SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the production of enameled household articles. The Company is primarily active in the manufacture of cookware. The Company’s portfolio includes enameled pots, pans, tureens, buckets, bowls, basins, cans, kettles, mugs, plates, ladles and trays. It also produces barbeque gas and charcoal grills; cooking and heating stoves; fireplaces, and convectors. The Company provides enameled articles for individual household use, as well as for hotels and restaurants. VES SA distributes its products nationally and abroad, including Poland, Hungary, France, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Croatia and Bosnia. Additionally, the Company is engaged in the provision of processing thin sheets services, which comprise cutting, bending, rolling, cambering, punching, enameling and electrostatic dyeing.
