Vistal Gdynia SA w restrukturyzacji, formerly Vistal Gdynia SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in construction industry. The Company’s main activity is bridge construction and shipbuilding. It divides its business into seven segments: Bridges, providing production and assembly of steel bridge structures; Offshore, offering construction of oversize structures of offshore platforms, deck sections, girders, towers for drilling platforms and wind mills stations, among others; Marine, engaged in manufacturing and assembly of ship hold hatch covers, ship and port ramps, hull sections, watercrafts and industrial halls; Steel constructions, providing construction of various steel constructions, involving manufacturing of the structure, anti-corrosive coating and on-site assembly; General Contracting, active in the field of industrial and communications infrastructure; Stainless steel constructions, fabrication of duplex, superduplex, titanium, aluminium; Vistal Floating Turbine.
