Profile Summary
Vitalibis, Inc. engages in the development, sale, and distribution of hemp oil-based products that contain naturally occurring cannabinoids, such as cannabidiol (CBD). The Company markets consumer products containing full spectrum phytocannabinoid-rich hemp oil under the Vitalibis brand across various market sectors, including wellness and personal care. It distributes approximately eight products under its brand. It also sells water-soluble, full spectrum phytocannabinoid-rich hemp powder with naturally occurring CBD to various customers in the United States who use these products for resale. The Company has also started offering non-exclusive leases of its technology back-end through a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This platform, branded as Vitalibis, provides hosting, technical services, and a comprehensive e-commerce affiliate application as part of its SaaS offerings.
