Vulcan International Corp is a holding Company, which owns 100% of the common stock of Vulcan Corporation, which is a manufacturer of rubber and foam products. In 1972, the Company acquired the 272,000 square foot rubber and foam manufacturing facility. Vulcan International Corporation has four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Vulcan Corporation, a manufacturer of rubber and foam products; Vulcan Property Management Company: a real estate management and development Company; Vulcan Timberlands, Inc, and Vulcan Development Company. The Company’s products and services includes: Custom mixed rubber, firm sheets, expanded rubber sheets, polyethylene foams, Co-polymer foams, low density closed cell, finishing, testing lab and curing presses.
