Profile Summary
Woodbridge Liquidation Trust is a statutory trust (the Trust). The Trust is focused on the purpose of collecting, administering, distributing and liquidating its assets for the benefit of the Trust beneficiaries in accordance with the Liquidation Trust Agreement of the Trust and the First Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation of Woodbridge Group of Companies, LLC and its chapter 11 affiliated debtors. It is also focused on resolving disputed claims asserted against the Debtors, to litigate and/or settle the Causes of Action. Its subsidiary, Woodbridge Wind-Down Entity LLC, develops, markets, and sells the real estate assets owned by its subsidiaries in order to generate cash to be remitted to the Trust after the payment of Wind-Down Group expenses and subject to the retention of various reserves. Its real estate consists of one performing loan secured by a property located in the state of Ohio and one single-family home subject to a life estate located in the state of Florida.
